it had a good layout. However, the cleanliness was an issue, as we found several stains and the carpets looked worn. Staff were friendly, but they need better management of cleaning services to ensure a more pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the convenient location near Riverfront Golf Club, perfect for some family fun. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast made mornings easier, especially with two little kids in tow.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could be much better maintained for families with children.

the king room was decent, with a good hot tub and fitness center available for use. i liked how close it was to other attractions, making it convenient for our family. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms.

great access to shopping and a lovely indoor pool experience

during my stay, I appreciated how close we were to the Chesapeake business district with plenty of shopping and dining options just a short drive away. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. although the hotel could use a bit of freshening up in areas like the bathrooms, overall it was a comfortable experience.

The Hampton Inn provided a clean and spacious room with excellent air conditioning, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with numerous dining options and quick access to the highway for my business needs. The staff was friendly and efficient, assisting with any inquiries promptly. The complementary breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot items and fresh fruit, which was a great way to start my day.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. The hot tub was a delightful surprise and the fitness center offered great equipment. The location was perfect for our family getaway with easy access to attractions.

Great staff & comfy stay

I had a nice 3-night stay. The staff was super friendly, especially Dina who really went above and beyond to help us after a mix-up at check-in. Breakfast was decent too, lots to pick from! The only bummer was the noise from the hallway, it woke me up a bit. Still, I felt pretty relaxed overall.
